Refund Policy for Moodology Designs:
Eligibility for Refund:
We accept refund requests for items that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
How to Initiate a Refund and Return Shipping:
To request a refund, please email us at Moodologydesigns@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - Order #[your order number]." Provide your name, contact information, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Processing and Late or Missing Refunds:
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the refund to be processed. If you haven't received a refund within the specified time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company.
